Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered when:
- No session, consultation, or strategic work has begun.
- Educational materials have not been accessed, viewed, or downloaded.
- A scheduling conflict prevents service delivery and a mutually agreeable alternative cannot be arranged.
- A technical issue on the service provider’s side makes delivery impossible, provided the issue is verifiable.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued under the following conditions:
- Any part of a live session, consultation, or strategy call has been completed.
- Training materials, worksheets, modules, or digital resources have been accessed.
- Strategic work, creative planning, or ad-related implementation has already started.
- Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations occur due to client unavailability.
- Delays arise because required materials or information were not supplied by the client.
Rescheduling and Project Adjustments
Clients may request a session reschedule up to 24 hours before the meeting. Short-notice cancellations, no-shows, or repeated rescheduling requests fall outside the refundable category due to reserved consulting time and preparation work. Project timelines may be adjusted when both sides agree, provided that work has not already been delivered.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
